Is the pool private?
Yes, and it is for the exclusive use of the pool apartment: if you stay there, you never share it. Guests of the hot tub apartment have their own outdoor hot tub instead. Book the whole farmhouse and you get both. [Pool open season: approx. May–September, to be confirmed]
And the hot tub?
The outdoor hot tub, which seats 6, is for the exclusive use of the hot tub apartment, in the apartment's own outdoor space.
Is there parking?
Yes — free private parking inside the property, so your car is always steps away. Note: the access road is best suited to SUVs / 4x4 vehicles.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Both apartments have air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property.
What is provided in the kitchen?
Each apartment comes with all the standard equipment: fitted kitchen/kitchenette with fridge, hob, moka pot, cookware, dishes and cutlery, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, TV and Wi-Fi. A first set of towels and bed linens is included.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — small pets are welcome for a small extra fee. Please mention your furry friend when booking.
Is the farmhouse suitable for children?
Yes, families are welcome. Children must always be supervised by an adult in the pool area and in the hot tub. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Do we need a car?
Strongly recommended. Prata has a bakery, a bar and a restaurant, but to enjoy the beaches and the surroundings a car is the way to go. Parking on site is free.
